**Job Title**: Client Relationship Executive

**Location**:Vidyavihar (W), Mumbai

**Qualification**:Bachelor’s Degree / 12th Pass

**Experience**:Freshers / Experienced Preferred

**Working Hour & Days**: 10:30am - 06:30pm, Monday - Saturday

**Notice Period**: 15-30 Days, Immediate Preferred

**Gender**:Female Only

**Responsibilities**:
Client Acquisition and Management
- Prospect for new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Understand clients' real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments.

Market Research and Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Analyze market data to identify investment opportunities and potential risks.
- Keep track of competing properties and market conditions.

Property Listing and Promotion
- List commercial properties for sale or lease.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.

Property Evaluation and Valuation
- Assess the value of commercial properties using various methods.
- Provide property owners with pricing recommendations.
- Negotiate property prices on behalf of clients.

Property Showings and Tours
- Arrange property showings and tours for clients.
- Highlight the features and benefits of properties.
- Address client questions and concerns during showings.

Negotiation and Transaction Management
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or lease agreements.
- Prepare contracts and other transaction-related documents.
- Coordinate and facilitate the closing process, including inspections and due diligence.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about zoning laws, building codes, and other relevant regulations.

Networking and Relationship Building
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, such as lawyers, appraisers, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
- Attending industry events and conferences to expand your connections.

Technology and Data Utilization
- Use real estate software and databases to manage property listings and client information.
- Utilize online tools and platforms for marketing and research.

Continuing Education
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in real estate laws.
- Pursue continuing education and relevant certifications to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Conflict Resolution
- Address and resolve disputes or issues that may arise during transactions.
- Mediate between clients, if necessary.

Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate transactions.
- Offer risk management advice to clients.

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Basic Computer, MS Office, Internet Surfing knowledge
- Pleasing and Presentable Personality.
- Excellent Communication Skills

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
