We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Operator Cum Setter to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Setup:

- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Adjust machine settings, such as speed, feed rates, and tool offsets, to ensure accurate production.
- Operation:

- Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control:

- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments and gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Document and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs to correct any issues.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of materials and waste.
- Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and maintenance activities.
- Complete required documentation for production reports and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in CNC operations is a plus.
- Experience:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Setter, with a strong understanding of CNC machine operation and setup.
- Familiarity with various types of CNC machines and control systems (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, Siemens).
- Skills:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic programming skills and knowledge of G-code.
