**Your Roles**
- Is a member of project team, responsible for PC&L aspects. Plan and coordinate activities within site PC&L dept., respond, escalate issues or ask for Project Management support when needed.
- Ensure the effective communication between Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and the site PC&L department in such areas as production planning, planned materials, transportation for new product launch and engineering changes.
- Monitor pre-series forecast with Project Management, set up long term MPS planning for new products, monitor material availability, identify problem suppliers and ensure get well plan.
- Coordinate the activities related to the sample builds (BIFs)
- Receive, review and work with Customer Order Processing team to have all Build Information Forms (BIFs) correctly incorporated in SAP.Monitor the material availability for upcoming planned builds, execute production plan. Assure build cost are booked properly on BIF internal Orders.
- Initiate Material Readiness Checklist (ESGP_4-1_PC_02_EN) and track the task completion within the whole PDP process. Provide input for the completion of the Production Readiness Plan. Any issues discovered should be escalated and reviewed at PDT Project Managers meetings and/or Operations Readiness meetings.
- Trigger initial SAP system settings as MBOM, Customer orders, initial production plan in the pre-serial phase, monitor new components settings, monitor the Customer Schedule Agreement readiness.
- Conduct the MBOM review, assign corrective actions if needed, distribute MBOM checklist to appropriate personnel according to procedure ESGP_4-1_PC_01_EN, ensure the closure of all tasks.
- Active member of CMII change management process - Participate in Tech/Org reviews, approve Change Requests, participate in Change Implementation Boards giving input to the change implementation plan.
- Check and confirm the eventual E&O for each project, make sure is invoiced to the right project account.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor in Engineering in EEE, ECE, MECH
- Min 5 years of relevant Exp.
- Knowledge and experience in a SAP environment
- Knowledge of safe work procedure
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in written communication and presentation skills would be advantageous.
- Creative, analytic and passionate persona.
- Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of PC&L
