**About the Role**: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to support the Health Relationship officer Team at Securra.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new customers to the Securra platform
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting and help resolve issues related to software/devices
- Following due process to record issues, provide feedback to internal teams
- Delivering a great experience for users contacting Customer
- Support at all touchpoints at all stages of the journey
- Identifying customer cohorts and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, for all kinds of customer interactions, transactions, and engagements.
- Track Customer Experience across different channels and touchpoints
- Performing product tests, evaluating onboarding & post-onboarding support services, and facilitating improvements.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Graduate & above in a relevant stream
- Attention to detail and keen eye to customer's voice
- Strong communication with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate accordingly
- Should have know-how about CRM tools (Freshdesk, etc)
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.
- Should have at least 1 year experience in customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
