**Description**:
Change Management & Capacity Building Lead is responsible for leading and implementing change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of organizational changes. This role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement by building the capacity of individuals and teams to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies. The Change Management & Capacity Building Lead will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and deliver programs aimed at strengthening employee capabilities, improving organizational performance, and enhancing change resilience across the company.

- Minimum BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech / MSc. in Computer Science/ Electronic & Communication Engineering /IT /MBA(IT).

**Location**:

- Madhya Pradesh. Expected to travel and be stationed across various States in India as per project requirement.

**Skills/Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving successful change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and identify practical solutions.
- Expertise in training development and delivery, both in-person and online.
- Familiarity with tools and software for change management (e.g., Microsoft Project, SharePoint) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Experience in conflict resolution, facilitation, and handling employee resistance to change.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech / MSc. in Computer Science/ Electronic & Communication Engineering /IT /MBA(IT).
- 10 years of Post Qualification experience in change management and capacity building for IT projects for Government and Public sector organizations
- The resource should have experience in projects requiring change management, process reengineering and training at a similar scale as IFMIS Next Gen (at least 2 project).
- The resource should have experience in driving content development, conducting training needs analysis, Learning Management systems.
- Relevant certification will be an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing).

**Responsibilities**:
Change Management Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of change management activities for key projects, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes, systems, or structures.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify the scale of change and the potential challenges associated with new initiatives.
- Ensure that change initiatives are aligned with organizational values, culture, and priorities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

- Partner with business leaders, department heads, and project teams to understand the scope of change and the potential impact on employees.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, such as workshops and focus groups, to collect feedback and address concerns about upcoming changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and change champion.
- Create and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communication to all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and understanding of change initiatives.

Training & Capacity Building Programs:

- Design, develop, and implement training programs to build the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees in line with organizational changes.
- Identify gaps in employee capabilities and develop tailored capacity-building interventions to address them.
- Collaborate with HR and learning & development teams to deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning resources.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content for employee use.
- Ensure training programs are effective, inclusive, and aligned with both organizational needs and employee development goals.

Change Readiness & Adoption:

- Assess organizational readiness for change, including identifying potential resistance and devising strategies to address it.
- Implement mechanisms to track and measure the success of change initiatives, including employee engagement, adoption rates, and performance improvements.
- Monitor and report on progress, providing regular updates to leadership regarding adoption metrics, employee feedback, and lessons learned.
- Adjust change management strategies based on feedback and results to ensure continuous improvement in change adoption.
