**Responsibilities**:

- This position supports and coordinates the organization's administrative, financial, and operational activities.
- The person would have to look out for the organization's accounts and administration work.
- Take Minutes of the meetings and look after proper alignment of employees' work so there's no chaos and communication gap.
- Establish a proper reporting system and make sure work is completed before the deadline.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of general accounting practices as they relate to the administration
- Knowledge of office administration
- Organizational skills including the ability to deal with several priorities at the same time
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
