- Job Description for service coordinator:_
- _Attend Toll free Number, service request calls._
- Update service request in software and align service engineer for resolving complain.
- Timely follow up with customer and service engineer till complain resolve and customer satisfied with service.
- Maintain smooth service network.
- Service engineer conveyance claim verify and submit in accounts for timely payment.

JD for Backend support:

- Sales order preparation and execution.
- Coordinate for dispatch.
- Payment Follow ups.
- Follow up with customers for upcoming requirement.
- Data maintain.
- Any other assigned task.

Requirement:
Graduation in any stream.

Good communication skills.

Able to work independently.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
