**Job description**
- Responsible for executing the brand campaigns.
- Supporting all communication efforts from a brand and category front
- Develop merchandising for large storewide promotions
- Working with agency on consumer facing communication assets for all media channels (In-store, app, digital marketing) and develop processes for efficient tracking of briefs and outputs
- Managing the scheduling and execution of all communication (in-app, SMSs/WhatsApp/In-store) by either directly uploading assets on to specific platforms or by working in-tandem with store merchandizing teams.
- Effective Retail site branding
- Regularly develop, test and analyze new merchandising tactics that sell products across all categories and increase conversion rates, documenting the results and sharing best practices with the team
- Creating and executing campaigns on consumer retention and engagement platforms
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Work with marketing manager on in store branding execution.
- Working with team on effective marketing implementation.
- Frequently visiting stores & MBO’s to gather market feedback.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
