As a Junior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating captivating visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Your primary focus will be on designing graphics, images, and illustrations for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce eye-catching graphics, images, and illustrations for social media posts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content that supports marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality of our social media content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Optimize graphics for different social media channels and ad formats.
- Work under a team to develop creative concepts that align with marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, canva or other relevant

software.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their visual requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
