**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative for Hammonds Flycatcher, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide customers with premium leather goods of unparalleled quality and style. You will be responsible for promoting our extensive collection of meticulously crafted products, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Generation**:

- Promote and sell Hammonds Flycatcher's premium leather goods, including backpacks, belts, briefcases, wallets, laptop bags, and women's bags, to prospective customers.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and product knowledge to showcase the quality, craftsmanship, and functionality of our products.
- Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, calling and client referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers to thank them for their purchase, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.

**3. Brand Ambassadorship**:

- Represent the Hammonds Flycatcher brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm at all times.
- Showcase a deep understanding and appreciation for the craftsmanship, quality, and design aesthetic of our leather goods.
- Attend trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand our customer base.
- Uphold the brand image and values of Hammonds Flycatcher through your interactions with customers and colleagues.

**4. Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using our system.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping or inventory issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Total Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Work experience in the Leather Industry would be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong communication skills with a keen ability to listen actively and empathetically understand customer needs.
- Passion for luxury craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

**Salary**:

- 10,000 to 15,000
