**Your Role**:
As a Key Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate and expand our relationships with key clients, providing them with tailored solutions. Your focus will be on understanding their unique needs and ensuring their satisfaction, all while learning the intricacies of B2B dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- Previous background as a full-stack trainer or full-stack developer
- Familiarity with technology stacks such as Angular, React, Node.js, and Spring
- Experience in B2B sales or the management of B2B clients
- Past involvement in the educational technology (edtech) sector, selling edtech solutions to corporate clients
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling relationship-building at all levels
- Effective organizational capabilities
- A talent for addressing challenges, negotiating, and successfully concluding deals

**What You'll Do**:

- Nurture trust-based relationships with major clients to ensure their loyalty
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and requirements, developing a keen sense of B2B nuances.
- Continuously propose innovative solutions that align with client objectives, reinforcing existing relationships.
- Ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, exceeding client expectations.
- Serve as the vital link between key clients and our internal teams, refining your B2B communication skills.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, preserving trust and honing your problem-solving abilities.
- Play a pivotal role in generating new sales that evolve into enduring partnerships, sharpening your sales skills.
- Keep stakeholders informed with regular progress reports and forecasts, using key account metrics to drive business insights.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
