**Title**:Group Controlling - Senior Consultant

**Location**:
Pune or Mumbai, IN

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for controlling in the areas of cost control, revenue recognition, planning (budget, forecast), projects, CAPEX, ad hoc reports and analysis:

- Active contribution to monthly closing activities (Revenue, costs, intercompany transactions)
- Preparation, Maintenance and timely delivery of various month-end reports
- Responsibility of global 3rd Party Revenue as Revenue recognition Controller
- Independent preparation of revenue and cost accruals on projects and submit to accounting for posting as project controller
- Support conducting engagement profitability reviews
- Active Involvement in the Budget process (Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX)
- SAP key user for project management
- Preparation of ad-hoc management reports to CFO, GEB and BoD
- Close collaboration with Head Group Controlling, Accounting, CFO and local project Manager as Business Partner
- Other Requirements:_
- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in economics
- Several years of professional experience in controlling in an international environment
- Experience in using ERP, reporting, analysis and planning tools (SAP)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach
- Affinity for numbers and creativity in finding solutions
- Ability to reduce complex issues to the essentials and present them in a way that is understandable to third parties
- Self-image as an internal business partner and initiator who is valued as a competent contact by internal and external decision-makers on account of his in-depth specialist knowledge, his confident personality and his strong communication skills
- Reliable results even under heavy workload
- High level of concentration and performance even in dynamic situations
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and put it into practice
- Shows self-initiative and commitment
- Works independently with a great sense of responsibility
- Sets priorities correctly and escalates accordingly when necessary
