**Job Purpose**
- Registers Maintenance
- Files booking from Logins to disbursement ( System Data Entry & Physical File
Management and courier)
- Receipt book Management
- Fund Requirement Planning ,Approval & Request
- Branch Collections (POT, DRE, Demand Collection register, Local Chq
Presentations)
- Branch Cash and Vault Management ,Cash Counting Machine handling
- Daily Reports Reviews : OD, MTD, Consolidated presentation status & others
- Banking activity : CMS, Local Chq Deposit, Deposit & Withdrawal
- Branch Administration & Petty cash management
- Customer related work (Part Payment, Pre-Payment ,Foreclosure ,Swap ,SOA
,Trench Disbursement ,NOC ,Insurance claim)

**Job Requirements**
**Qualifications **Graduate (B.Com Preferred)
1 year in an Operations Role in an NBFC / MFI / Bank, Cash handling experience
**Experience ** for cash related branch
Technical/Job related Skills: Operations experience in a banking/financial services role, basic numerical knowledge
Soft Skills: Communication (English -basic working knowledge, Local Language - depending on location of posting), must be personally organized at work
**Functional Competencies **Computer Skills: Open Office, Internet exposure
Travel required: Often (for training/back-up purposes)
People Management Skills: Should be a team player
**Behavioral Competencies **Shift Timings: 6 days a week; 9.30am to 6.30pm; Required to stretch during
Collections and at month-ends; also whenever volumes peak
