Hello Folks,

We are urgently looking for a **Sr. NET developer/Team Lead** with outstanding Dot Net Domain expertise.

**Primary Skills Required**:
A day in the life of an supertekion
- As part of the **Supertek** team leader, You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
- You will participate in project estimation, and provide inputs for solution delivery.
- You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
- Knowledge of more than one technology( Your base must be Dotnet only)
- Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
- Knowledge of Testing tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
- Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modeling methods
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills

**Must-Have**:

- Must have 5+ years of experience in **.Net Technology (as Hard Core Developer)**
- **Good Communication** as he has to talk to US-based Clients.
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent Teamwork Capabilities
- Hardworking, Diplomatic & Flexible Nature in Work
- Confident enough to work as a Team Lead in the above-mentioned primary skills.
- Good to have knowledge of Agile Methodology & DevOps
- Have to sign 2 year of service agreement bond with us.

- **Evening 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM ( M_ F)**
