Job Profile**:Microsoft365 and Intune Administrator**

Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: B.E (CS / IT), MCA / M.sc IT

Employment: Full time

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat. India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deploy, configure and maintain Microsoft365 and Intune environment.
- Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft365 and Intune related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Microsoft365 and Intune environment.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that Microsoft365 and Intune are integrated with other IT systems.
- Assist with planning and implementing new features and functionalities for Microsoft365 and Intune.
- Ensure the security and compliance of Microsoft365 and Intune environment.
- Monitor the performance and availability of Microsoft365 and Intune environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft365 and Intune.
- Experience with the Power Platform will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft365 and Intune functionalities and capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and other Microsoft cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) and identity management concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft365 and Intune certification will be an added advantage.
