Role & responsibilities
- Reception Duties:

- Greet and welcome visitors, providing assistance and ensuring a hospitable experience.
- Manage and direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage visitor sign-in and security procedures.
- Telephone Operation
- Answer and transfer incoming calls courteously and efficiently.
- Provide information, take messages, or redirect calls as necessary.
- Handle inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as required.
