**Job Description - MIS Anaytics**

We are looking at an MIS resource with hands on Reporting /Adv Excel-Macro /VB/ PowerPoint/Data Analytics etc... Preferred exp : Power BI / Visualization/Automation

Note : We wouldn't need core Power BI developers or Analytics folks, should be more an MIS person with these skills

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years' experience

Position : 1

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
MIS/Analytics
- Run and enhance the HR dashboard/ analytics
- Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders
- Performing checks to verify the completeness and accuracy of data
- Collaborating with internal or external stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and issues
- including but not limited to quality control checks and reconciliations
- for data to be presented in the most appropriate data visuals e.g., dashboards, graphs, charts, etc
- Developing new and/or run standard reports and dashboards using BI reporting tools (Alteryx/ Power BI / Tableau)
- Breaking out metrics and prepare for distribution to various stakeholders, sometimes combining data from different
- sources
- Analyzing data to identify trends, YOY comparisons and providing insights
- Drawing conclusions from data and providing analysis for presentations
- Engaging with stakeholders and other members of management team to understand requirements, and recommend solutions
- including re-use of existing reports.
- Others- Proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member
- Utilizing problem-solving skills and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences
- Requires the ability to handle sensitive information, and to act with discretion and judgment while maintaining confidentiality
- Must have prior experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint on a daily basis
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of workforce metrics and analytics and management reporting
- Strong analytical skills; ability to analyse data, identify KPIs/trends and draw conclusions
- Advanced MS Excel skills required to perform data analysis (calculations, pivot tables, data comparison, data presentation)
