**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend products that meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Participate in conferences, shows, and educational workshops to network with industry professionals and promote our brand.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the agricultural or cattle feed industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster business relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
