Real Estate Sales Associate

Location: Prudent Real Estate, Hari Om Heritage, Sector 21, Kharghar

Salary Range: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Incentives: Starting at 10% on deals closed

Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our journey towards achieving stellar client satisfaction. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Lead Generation: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through various channels. Your knack for communication will turn cold calls into warm conversations.

Property Showings: Be the face of our company as you guide prospects through property viewings. Your insights and expertise will help them visualize their future in these spaces.

Deal Closure: Use your negotiation skills to close deals effectively, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for our company. You'll be the bridge between dream homes and homeownership for many.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and sales skills

A passion for real estate and a drive to succeed

Prior experience in sales or real estate is advantageous but not mandatory
