EG Retail & Wholesale has EG's own developed ERP System. We develop product for the largest and leading building supply chains in the Nordic. We create, among other things, mobile apps, point of sale solutions, self-service solutions, software for logistics and order management, invoicing solutions, master data management solutions, and a range of integrations to third-party software. In EG Retail & Wholesale, we are looking for Scrum Masters [Project Coordinators] with 4 to 6 years of experience to be based out of Mangalore office in India and be part of our growth story.

As a Scrum Master [Project Coordinator], you will have the opportunity to collaborate and shape an emerging team of developers, building and supporting multiple products that are part of EG Retail & Wholesale. You will play an important role in building a strong development team in India.

**Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set**

**Development Planning and Execution**:

- Support the development of detailed project plans for R&D teams, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Ensure alignment of R&D objectives with overall customer project goals.
- Monitor and track project progress, promptly notifying Product Owners (POs) of any issues to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Maintain project budgets, ensuring adherence while meeting quality, scope, and timeline requirements.

**Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Product Owners to manage priorities and timelines across multiple agile development teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among development teams and stakeholders.
- Support R&D teams by providing data insights from software project management tools.
- Highlight project status, risks, and issues to POs, delivering regular updates and progress reports.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure that team backlogs are aligned with project priorities and customer needs.

**Risk Management and Problem-Solving**:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively address technical challenges and issues, utilizing technical expertise to find innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans as necessary.

**End-to-End Verification**:

- Oversee the end-to-end verification of solutions, ensuring all components meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate with testing and QA teams to develop comprehensive test plans and validation procedures, especially for projects spanning multiple development teams.
- Ensure the solution is fully verified before handover to the main project, addressing any issues that arise during the verification process.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Ensure that all project documentation is current, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to Product Owners and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and life cycles.
- Knowledge of risk management techniques and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a software development or R&D environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile) is a plus.
