**Job Summary**:
The Tele Counsellor at UGI will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and parents, providing information about UGI’s courses, integrated coaching programs, and unique features, and guiding them through the admission process. This role focuses on converting inquiries into admissions by addressing student/parent queries and pitching the integrated school concept and specialized programs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential students and parents who have shown interest in UGI's programs or have inquiries.
- **Counselling**: Explain UGI’s courses, admission process, integrated coaching offerings (such as IAS, IPS, NEET, CLAT, KCET), and the benefits of the institution’s programs.
- **Provide Accurate Information**: Answer questions about course fees, academic schedules, campus facilities, and career prospects, ensuring all communication is professional and informative.
- **Follow-up**: Keep track of inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture potential students/parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- **Document and Update Records**: Maintain a detailed record of conversations and leads in the admissions database, ensuring timely updates on the status of each lead.
- **Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Teams**: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth follow-up and processing of admissions, and contribute to achieving institutional enrollment goals.
- **Assist with Admission Events**: Provide support during admission drives, orientation sessions, and open houses to engage with prospective students.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
- **Persuasion and Negotiation Skills**: Ability to influence and convince parents/students to choose UGI over competing institutions.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Patient, empathetic, and responsive to student and parent inquiries.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- **Data Management**: Basic knowledge of CRM or admissions software to track and manage leads.
- **Knowledge of UGI’s Offerings**: A good understanding of UGI’s programs, integrated coaching, and unique selling points like the IAS coaching at the school level.

**Educational Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, tele counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of the education sector and competitive exams such as IAS, IPS, NEET, KCET, CLAT, etc., is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with a supportive team environment.
- May require occasional participation in outreach events and admission-related activities.

**Remuneration**:

- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
