Tourism Executive

**Roles**:

- 1. Set up a team & business network on the assigned area.

2. Regular follow-up with associates.

3. Business development through personal contact

4. Customer follow-up, negotiation and closing.

**Responsibilities** - Generate business through team and network.

Timely reporting as per instruction.

**Requirements**:
**1. Fresher or any person with atleast 1 year experience in sales & marketing. Retired personal or Housewife or person looking for part time/ Freelance job can also apply.**

**2. Must have good communication skills in Bengali and English/Hindi.**

**3. Willing to travel and explore new opportunities.**

**4. Should not be above 50 years of age.**

**5. Should be flexible and urge for learning and skill development.**

**6. Should be have good social network and contacts.**

**7. Should have knowledge of computer operations and have computer system in house.**

**Job Criteria for Full time Job**:
**Training Period
- 4 months**

Stipend will be provided during this period.

**Probation Period
- 2 months**

Basic Salary will be provided during this period. On successfully completion of Probation Period you will be absorbed as regular employee.
