Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and providing training and guidance.

Oversee all aspects of security operations, including access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring, alarm response, and emergency preparedness.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats and hazards.

Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize security breaches or incidents.

Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, gather evidence, and report findings to management and relevant authorities.

Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management, HR, and IT, to address security-related issues and implement integrated security solutions.

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for security staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and awareness of security best practices.

Maintain accurate records of security incidents, activities, and personnel performance. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness to handle emergencies such as fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches.

Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors regarding security-related inquiries, access control, and safety protocols.

Utilize security technology effectively, such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems, to enhance security measures and monitor premises.

Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and ensure the organization's security practices comply with legal requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹39,203.15 per month
