Ielts Trainer

**Job Title: Electronics Trainer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update training modules covering electronics fundamentals, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct interactive training sessions for individuals or groups, incorporating diverse teaching methods.
- Manage electronics laboratories, ensuring equipment availability and adherence to safety protocols.
- Administer assessments to evaluate participant comprehension and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer technical support during and after training sessions, addressing participant queries and challenges.
- Collaborate with other trainers and department heads to integrate electronics training with related programs.
- Stay informed about industry developments to ensure training materials reflect the latest technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Electronics Trainer or in a similar training role.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics principles, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for conveying complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with laboratory management and creating a safe learning environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to incorporate the latest technologies into training.
- Certification in training or education is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,005.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
