**Operations Executive Job Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Document Handling: Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital documents, ensuring they are stored securely and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Production Data Management: Collect, analyze, and manage production data, including quality control reports, inventory records, and production schedules.
- Accounting Support: Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of financial documents.
- Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to document management and record-keeping.
- On-Field Work: Regularly visit production sites to gather and manage relevant documents, collaborate with production teams, and provide support as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, including production, finance, and administration, to gather necessary information and maintain effective communication channels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining document management processes, implementing best practices, and enhancing overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM) or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document handling, production data management, and accounting.
- Industry Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the printing sector or a related industry.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in handling and managing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work on-site at production sites, adapting to changing environments and demands.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve document-related issues.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
