**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **fresh graduate** or **fresher** to join us as a **Process Coordinator**. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting the coordination of daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of orders and deliveries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our pharmacy wholesale business. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, possesses good communication skills, and wants to grow within a fast-paced industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Coordination**: Assist in processing customer orders and managing delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and accurate delivery.
- **Process Support**: Monitor daily operations and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- **Communication**: Communicate effectively with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify any issues or delays in the process and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of operational activities, supporting reporting and performance tracking.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (any field) or recent graduate.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
