**Job Overview**

As an offline sales counsellor, you will be responsible for selling products or services to customers in a retail or business-to-business setting. Your primary duties will include identifying customer needs, presenting our offerings, answering questions, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify customer needs and preferences.
- Present products or services to customers effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Close sales by persuasively showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- College Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail or business-to-business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the markets and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
