**Job Title: Outbound Sales Senior Executive (International Clients)**
**Location: Gurgaon**
**Experience: 2-7 years**
**Monday - Saturday Working**
**Responsibilities**:
**International Calling**:
- Engage in international calling, specifically targeting the UAE market.
**Lead Generation**:
**Client Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and proficiently communicate their features and benefits to customers.
**Sales Calls**:
- Take charge of initiating and managing sales calls to potential clients, presenting solutions, and successfully closing sales deals.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline, meticulously tracking prospects, leads, and sales opportunities.
**Customer Follow-Up**:
- Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
**Market Research**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.
**Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, offering insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Documentation**:
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in International Telesales, specifically to B2B clientele, inbound sales, or B2B telemarketing, with a focus on the UAE market.
- Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication, coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
