**Key Objectives/Purpose of the role**

**1.Quality Control Testing**:

- Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Utilize analytical instruments and testing equipment for accurate and precise results.
- Analysis of samples (RM, Packing Material, SFG & FG)

**2.Data Analysis**:

- Analyze and interpret quality control data to identify trends, variations, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address and resolve quality-related issues.

**3.Method Development and Optimization**:

- Actively contribute to the development and optimization of quality control methods.
- Explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- AMC & Calibration of Lab instruments.

**4.Shift Oversight**:

- Manage quality control activities during designated shifts.
- Collaborate with the Shift Incharge and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining minimum stocks of consumables in the Laboratory.
- Maintaining of Customer and Lot retention Samples

**5.Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of quality control testing and results.
- Generate shift-specific reports for internal review.
- Supporting FSTL regarding Customer Complaints-Quality related issues.
- Purchase indent for laboratory.
- Audit assistance.
- Daily updating sample and analysis log.
- Maintaining Instrument Breakdown register and Glassware breakage register.

**6.Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quality control function.
- Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to implement improvements.
- Lab validation

**7.Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.Analysis of samples (RM, Packing Material, SFG & FG).
- Up keeping of Instruments & Utilities.
- Lab Safety.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
