Iti Inspector

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular inspections of ITIs to ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Evaluate the training facilities, equipment, and curriculum to ensure they meet required standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor the quality of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure the trainers and instructors are qualified and delivering the curriculum effectively.
- **Compliance and Enforcement**:

- Ensure ITIs adhere to safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain records of findings.
- Report any irregularities or deficiencies to higher authorities.
- **Advisory and Support**:

- Provide guidance to ITI management on best practices and improvements.
- Support ITIs in implementing new policies and procedures.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other government agencies and departments related to vocational training.
- Facilitate communication between ITIs and regulatory bodies.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with students, trainers, and industry partners to gather feedback and improve training programs.
- Promote industry partnerships to enhance practical training opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- A bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, vocational training, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in quality management or vocational training are preferred.

**Experience**:

- Several years of experience in vocational training or a related field.
- Prior experience in an inspection or quality assurance role is advantageous.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of vocational training standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively for on-site inspections.
- A valid driver's license may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
