As an AEM in the Cloud Architect/Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing high-quality digital experiences for our users. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Adobe Experience Manager in the Cloud, integrating with Next.js for front-end development, and employing headless CMS principles to ensure flexibility and scalability across digital platforms.

Duties/responsibilities- Design and implement AEM in the Cloud architecture, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services based on project requirements.-
- Employ headless CMS concepts to deliver content across multiple channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AEM, Next.js, and headless CMS implementations.

Minimum qualifications/skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 8+ years of experience in software development- Proven experience as an AEM Architect/Senior Developer with a strong portfolio of successful AEM in the Cloud implementations.- Expertise in Next.js and React, with a deep understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation.- Experience with headless CMS architecture and API-driven content delivery.- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.- Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred qualifications/skills- Next.js Architecture with server-side experience included- MarTech platform experience- Cloud based RDBMS experience
