**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote GK Rickshaw Ltd's products and services.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects through proactive outbound calling efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹8,185.19 - ₹15,000.00 per month
