Telesales Executive

**Position Overview**: As a Telesales Executive at Endeavour Automation, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by contacting potential clients via telephone to generate leads, nurture relationships, and promote our electronics automation products and services. You will be a key contributor to our growth and will help expand our client base within the electronics manufacturing sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients within the electronics manufacturing industry. Identify and qualify leads based on their interest, needs, and potential for engagement.
- **Product Promotion**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Endeavour Automation's electronics automation solutions to potential clients. Highlight our unique value proposition and tailor your approach to match client requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Listen to their inquiries, provide information, and address their concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure that appointments are well-documented and properly handed off to the sales representatives.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the electronics automation sector. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market developments.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into active opportunities. Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals as needed.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in tele calling in a corporate setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A basic understanding of electronics or automation concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
