**Role Summary**

As a Growth Hacker at Skites Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will be at the forefront of driving our growth initiatives through creative and data-driven strategies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. If you are a passionate and innovative marketer with a strong analytical mindset, we want you on our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze user data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies to acquire new customers.
- Continuously optimize our website and landing pages to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and implement improvements and new features that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Create and promote viral-worthy content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and user engagement.
- Design and manage referral programs that encourage existing customers to refer new customers.
- Manage our social media presence, engage with the audience, and create content that resonates with our target demographic.
- Develop and optimize content strategies that drive organic growth, including blog posts, videos, and other content formats.
- Conduct ongoing experiments and A/B tests to identify the most effective growth strategies.
- Efficiently manage the budget allocated for growth initiatives, ensuring a positive ROI.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles.
- Excellent creative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience is Required for the profile. International experience is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
