**Job Description**:
As a project co-ordinator, you will work with customers to improve their business process and act as a key SPOC between customer and internal teams. You will be trained to work on Salesforce CRM platform and Project Management along with documentation/operational tools.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as an interface between customer teams, technical teams and support teams
- Coordinate with internal teams and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Conduct internal / external team meetings
- Understand and assist in defining project scope, objectives involving all relevant stakeholders keeping technical feasibility in mind
- Participate in review meetings with customer and internal teams
- Understand and document requirements
- Prepare and conduct customer / end-user trainings


- Requirement
- 2 - 4 years of experience in project coordination
- Know how of any project management / documentation tools
- Being a good team player
- Passion to learn and excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
