Job Title: Telly Caller / Telly Marketer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Identifying and understanding customer needs to provide the best solution.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Recording customer details, feedback and requirements accurately.
- Updating customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- Contributing to team efforts to achieve overall sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telly Caller / Telly Marketer or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Persuasive, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an added advantage.

Education and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
