Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential customers in need of stainless steel products in various industries.
- **Sales and Account Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our stainless steel products to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- **Quotation and Pricing**: Provide accurate and competitive price quotations to customers, negotiating as needed to secure orders.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- **Reporting**: Maintain sales activity records and reports, regularly updating sales management on progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

- Min 3 Years Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the stainless steel or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- **Good Understanding of Gem Portal**.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
