As a Claims Officer / Liasioning Officer, you must have keen knowledge to liaise with various State Govt. Departments as well as the road authorities, Revenue Department, local authority collector, Control Board Police Revenue office local villagers
Land Surveyors Director of Factories Labour
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with Sales and Finance team to manage account payable and receivables.
- 5-10 years experience in policy advocacy,liaison with government departments at high level.
- Strong network / connections at Local, State and Central Government level in particular to R&B.
- Timely follow-up, management liaison with all concerned government departments/ bodies to obtain regulatory approvals for its new products by taking data from the company's R&D/ Technical teams.
- Ensuring that customers pay their bills correctly in a timely manner.
- Preparing financial statements and submitting them on time.
- Requesting for payments of pending debts in an appropriate manner.
- Keeping accurate records of customer’s information, received payments and so on.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
- Proven 5 years of work experience as a Claims Coordinator, Liasionig Specialist, Billing Analystor a similar position.
- Excellent understanding of relevant finance laws.
- Strong working knowledge of accounts receivable and payable procedures.
- Excellent in MS Office and Data Entry tasks.
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at a time.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize them.
- Attention to detail for accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or in teams as and when required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
