Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or a degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Engineering Marketing or a related technical discipline
- Over 3-4 years of experience in web/app analytics requirements gathering, solution design and implementation
- 2-3 years of experience of working with Marketing Technology (DMP, DSP, CDP, ESP, etc.) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, tag managers, etc.)
- Up to 2 years of Experience in Adobe Analytics 2 years in Tag Management Systems Adobe Launch, DTM and GTM
- Up to 2 years in web/app development skills including JavaScript HTML and JQuery
- Demonstrated ability to perform digital data analysis for web questions from both business and IT, identify insights, and present findings.
- Proven experience in the area of online visitor intelligence / behavior, tracking/tagging
- Able to work with the business and provide solutions for their analytic and KPI requests
- Professional, communication/presentation skills, focus on value-added delivery
- Proficient with Excel for data analysis, ex. Adobe Target experience will be a plus
- Experience with enterprise solutions like Unica, AWS, SAS a plus.
- Strong technical background in MarTech platforms, with the ability to accurately estimate scope and sizing from business requirements for prioritisation of team capacity & backlog
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology, with strong ability to understand / translate / map out and construct customer journeys as well as user story functional / non-functional specifications / requirements from end-users needs & business requirements.
- Familiar with agile methodology of software development and practical experience leading product development using agile
- Good communication and collaboration skills, being able to facilitate & translate conversations between Tech and Business
- Proven experience of having solved complex analytical and technical problems
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex analytical outcomes, linkages and messages
- Significant and demonstrable experience of ability to identify the business needs of stakeholders who will be impacted by the change.
- Define and document requirements; Analyse and prioritize requirements
- Assists in operational rollout and support
