**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

**2. Excel and Data Management**:

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining organized databases and ensuring data accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus.
