**Roles and Responsibilities for Sales Executive**:
- Job Responsibilities for the role of Front Office cum Trave desk Executive:
- 1) Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively - airlines, trains,
- transport, and hotels
- 2) Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence
- 3) Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics
- 4) Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
- 6) Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after
- 7) Update HR on travel/leaves to be properly recorded
- 8) Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- 9) Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- 10) Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- 11) Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
- pens, forms and brochures)
- 13) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- 14) Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception
- desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- 15) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- 16) Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
**Skills for Sales Executive**
- Requirements:
- 1) IATA Certification should be completed.
- 1) Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred
- 2) Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- 3) A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
- 4) Good command of English, written and spoken.
- 5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excel, PowerPoint and Word
**Salary**:CTC: 18,000/- to 21,000/
