Chief Financial Officer

We are hiring for one of the US-based Global Biopharma and health company, having a subsidiary in Bangalore.

In this role, You will be responsible for financial control, accounting, financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, bank relationships, HR, and administration.

Job description:

- Must have experience in all kinds of tax filing GST, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance registration
- Focus on long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management
- Prepare Budgeted vs Actual Expenses variance report with cost center allocation and analysis of the same for management.
- Prepare various MIS as per schedules of reporting and report to the management.
- Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts
- Incharge of Human Resource and Administration as well if neccssary.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- CA / ICWA / Bachelor or Master in Accounts / Finance
- 10-15 years of finance accounts experience.
- Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach
- Age - 40 to 45 years
- Need person who works independently

**Salary**: ₹758,718.69 - ₹1,646,940.55 per year
