**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical drafting.
- Proficient in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, models, and specifications for our products.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand design requirements and specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure that all drawings and models are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Make necessary revisions to drawings and models as requested by team members.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information to support design projects.
- Recommend design modifications to improve functionality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in mechanical design and drafting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
