**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement operational plans to meet service delivery targets and client requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to ensure the effective deployment of manpower and resources.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and lead operational teams, including security personnel and facility management staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of efficiency and professionalism.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the client relationship management team to understand client expectations and specific service requirements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to address operational concerns and provide updates on service delivery.
- **Resource Allocation**:

- Optimize the allocation of human and material resources to meet operational demands.
- Ensure proper scheduling, assignment of duties, and adherence to staffing levels.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- **Incident Management**:

- Develop and implement protocols for handling security incidents, emergencies, and facility-related issues.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of incidents, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development and management of operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to overall financial efficiency.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:

- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that operational activities adhere to legal standards and company policies.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Explore and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize relevant software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting operational metrics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the security and facility management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols, facility management practices, and operational logistics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
