Hair Stylist

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our hotel's beauty salon. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our hotel guests, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Your creativity, technical skills, and customer service abilities will contribute to the overall guest experience and the success of our salon.

**Responsibilities**

1. Provide a wide range of hair care services, including haircuts, hairstyling, coloring, highlights, and hair treatments, to hotel guests according to their preferences and needs.

2. Consult with guests to understand their desired hairstyles, discuss options, and provide professional advice on suitable styles and treatments.

3. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry to offer innovative and modern services to guests.

4. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon station, ensuring all tools, equipment, and products are in good condition and readily available for use.

5. Adhere to established health and safety regulations and salon policies to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a loyal customer base through exceptional service and personalized care.

7. Recommend and sell hair care products, styling tools, and other salon retail items to guests, promoting their benefits and assisting with product selection.

8. Collaborate with other salon staff, such as manicurists, makeup artists, and estheticians, to offer comprehensive beauty services and enhance the overall guest experience.

9. Assist in scheduling appointments, managing the salon's booking system, and maintaining accurate records of guest services and product sales.

10. Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain professional growth.

**Qualifications**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized hairstyling program or certification is preferred.

2. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a hotel or upscale salon environment.

3. Strong knowledge of various haircutting techniques, hairstyling methods, hair coloring, and treatments.

4. Proficient in using a wide range of hairstyling tools and equipment, including scissors, clippers, curling irons, and blow dryers.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen to guests' needs, offer professional advice, and build rapport.

6. Creativity and artistic flair to create unique and personalized hairstyles.

7. Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the salon industry.

10. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
