Location: Puducherry (On-Site)

Experience: 2 year - 3 years

We are looking for US IT Recruiters with excellent written and verbal communication skills to work in EST time zone.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 2+ years proven IT recruitment (US Staffing) experience.
- Proven successful record in IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
- Experienced with full cycle of recruiting, submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Should have good Database of US / Tier One Vendors.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Must have a good communication skill.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puducherry, Puducherry: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
