**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**:
- Welcome guests and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate courier services as needed.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining the office calendar.
- **Managing the Reception Area**:
- Ensure the front desk and reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary material (brochures, forms, etc.).
- Keep track of office supplies and coordinate with the admin department for replenishment.
- **Visitor Management**:
- Maintain a log of visitors, deliveries, and incoming and outgoing calls.
- Issue visitor badges and follow security protocols for visitor access.
- **Supporting Internal Teams**:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR, Sales, and other departments as required.
- Help organize office events or meetings, such as preparing documents, arranging refreshments, etc.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Perform basic data entry tasks, updating contact lists, and managing records.
- Maintain office databases and files.
- **Other Responsibilities**:
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff, including booking tickets and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between the management and the employees on front desk matters.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
