We provide customized US tax compliance and reporting services that include but are not limited to preparation of Forms 1120 and ASC 740 provision.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Preparation/ review of the U.S. Federal (Form 1120), State and local income tax returns including estimates and extensions.
- Preparation of the supporting work papers and complicated calculations related to Federal and State income tax returns.
- Assist in the preparation of calculations and documentation supporting US international tax issues such as FTC, E&P, GILTI, FDII and Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, 8992, 8993.
- Preparation of the complex ASC 740 provision workpaper for the quarterly and yearly reporting (includes the ETR, DTA, DTL, VA, Fin 48)
- Prepare supporting data, work papers, and draft memos to provide to tax authorities and respond to audit queries explaining our filing positions.
- Deliver as per the scope of the work and deadlines set and maintain quality of all deliverables.
- Adheres to practice protocols and other internal processes consistently and with integrity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to facilitate streamlining and automation.
- Experience with Tax softwares ( Gosystem, Onesource, CCH Axcess Tax).
- Good with Microsoft office
- Experience in US Taxation / Accounting
- Minimum qualification - A bachelor’s degree / M.B.A in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism when it comes to client's information.

**Salary**: From ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
