We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at **Fortitude Institute of Technology, a PSC (Public Service Commission) approved computer course training institute**. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and enrolling students for our approved computer courses. This is a full-time, work-from-home position, and we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:
**Inbound and Outbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming inquiries from prospective students.

**Course Information Dissemination**:

- Clearly and effectively communicate details about our computer courses, including curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Answer queries related to the admission process, course structure, fees, and any other relevant information.

**Lead Generation**:

- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up regularly.

**Admission Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with potential students to understand their educational needs and goals.
- Guide them through the admission process and assist with necessary documentation.

**Application Processing**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

**Feedback Collection**:

- Gather feedback from prospective students to understand market trends and improve the admission process.

**Achieve Admission Targets**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets set by the institute.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or admission counseling preferred.(Minimum 2 years experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer courses and the education industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
