**Digital Marketing Instructor**

**Job description**:
Siva Academy is a leading education provider dedicated to empowering individuals with the latest skills and knowledge in the digital marketing field. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Instructor to join our team and inspire the next generation of digital marketers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Engaging Classes: Plan and deliver comprehensive digital marketing courses, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging for learners.
- Curriculum Development: Create and update course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assignments, to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments and tools in digital marketing and integrate them into the curriculum.
- Individualized Learning: Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them develop their skills and meet their learning objectives.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Conduct Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars on specific digital marketing topics, both within the institution and in collaboration with external partners.
- Professional Development: Encourage and support students in obtaining relevant certifications and advancing their careers in digital marketing.
- Collaboration and Networking: Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate guest lectures, field trips, and internship opportunities for students.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to students on career paths, job search strategies, and portfolio development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles (e.g., Digital Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, Content Marketer, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Teaching or training experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
